Bespoke outdoor furniture for an exquisite hotel and spa

Over the years, we have had the privilege of designing and supplying numerous bespoke pieces for this prestigious venue. Each item was meticulously crafted to meet specific requirements, ensuring a harmonious blend of modern sophistication and inviting warmth. Our goal has always been to enhance the space, creating an environment that reflects the refined luxury of the hotel while providing guests with a welcoming and stylish atmosphere.

The Hazelmere collection was chosen to complement the natural beauty of the waterside lodges 

A notable addition for 2024 was the introduction of the lakeside and spa lodges named "The Reeds." These striking structures, built on stilts and nestled within the picturesque countryside, seamlessly integrate with the surrounding natural landscape. Inspired by the beauty of nature, the lodges are designed to complement their serene environment, offering a unique opportunity for guests to feel completely immersed in the natural world. The Hazlemere range from Alexander Rose was selected for this project, perfectly fitting the specifications for the outdoor balconies.

Working with design consultancy – Sparcstudio

In collaboration with Sparcstudio - Design Consultants, we were thrilled to contribute to this prestigious project at South Lodge. Our Hazlemere range was recommended as the ideal choice for this project rather than opting for a bespoke solution. The range offers two beautiful colour schemes—natural weave with dusk cushions and grey weave with pistachio cushions. Additionally, its lightweight aluminium frame, powder-coated before the weaving process, ensures both durability and style. The basket-weave pattern, crafted using a 4mm round profile with a finely brushed surface texture, enhances the aesthetic appeal of the pieces. A standout feature of the Hazlemere range is the fully waterproof cushions, an essential requirement for withstanding the unpredictable British weather.

To ensure the pieces met the design requirements, samples of both the weave and fabric were provided to the designers. After careful consideration, the decision was made to combine the two-colour options and select the Hazlemere day bed and side tables to complement the lodge balconies. A quotation was promptly prepared, and the order was placed without delay, ensuring a seamless process for the client.

Maintaining a strong aftercare service with clients

In addition to this exciting new project, Alexander Rose is proud to maintain a long-standing relationship with South Lodge. We continue to support them by providing replacement cushions and new products as needed. By keeping detailed records of all past quotations and orders, we can efficiently access previous information and offer a timely, accurate, and professional aftercare service.
