Delivery Charges

All deliveries to mainland UK are as follows: -

Orders of £1200 + ex vat = free delivery 

Orders below £1200 ex vat - Loose items under 5KG - £15.00 - Loose items under 40KG - £30.00 - £50.00 - Pallet delivery 1M x 1.2M x 2M - £75.00

London - £10.00 congestion charge is applicable.

Out of hours delivery

Normal business hours are 08.45am – 5.00pm - Any deliveries required outside of these hours, an out of hours delivery cost will apply irrespective of order value. 

Deliveries

We liaise with our recommended couriers to make sure your delivery is on time as per instructions, sometimes delays can occur which are out of our control, we will however aim to advise of any issues or delays that may arise. 

Things change and you may find you are not going to be available to meet the agreed date/time for delivery, if this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible for us to be able to arrange a new delivery date.  

Please note if there is no one to take the delivery when our team arrive on the agreed date and time, the delivery will be aborted, and charges will apply to re deliver on a new future date.  Delivery prices will start from £100 +vat dependent upon the location, number of installers required and size of delivery.

Charges will apply if we are not able to make the delivery on the agreed date due to not gaining access for example, other contractors and works onsite or behind schedule, therefore we are not able to complete and have to abort the delivery.

Lead times

We hold stock at our warehouse, however in some cases we do need to re-order therefore lead times can vary. When items are made to order, or bespoke lead times will vary dependent upon requirements and quantities.
